This cover ships bare. You will need to reuse the O-ring gasket and the adjustment port plug from your stock setup, or purchase them separately. Please confirm you have both on hand before installing. IMPORTANT - PORT PLUG & GASKET NOT INCLUDED.

The 2024–2027 KTM 50 SX, Husqvarna TC 50 and GASGAS MC 50 run a fully adjustable clutch - three clickers on the front let you dial in engagement with a wrench instead of tearing the clutch down and stacking shims. The Nihilo Billet Clutch Cover is what makes that adjustability actually usable at the track. One 8mm socket or T wrench removes the plug and makes the clutch adjustments.

A small port machined into the side of the cover gives you direct access to the clickers. In stock form the entire cover has to come off to touch the clutch. With the Nihilo cover it stays bolted on — you can make adjustments with the bike sitting on the stand. The port sits above the oil line, so there's no draining the gearbox and no laying the bike on its side.

Making an adjustment:

1. Pull the port plug
2. Turn the rear wheel to line the clutch basket up with the port hole.
3. Push the kickstarter to bring an adjuster bolt into the window.
4. Make your clicker adjustment.
5. Push through the kicker to rotate the next bolt into view, and repeat.

Start to finish, a full clutch adjustment takes a couple of minutes between motos.

Machined from 6061 billet aluminum and anodized in-house. The added internal volume holds more gearbox oil than stock, which helps keep oil temps down on long, hot motos. If you just picked up a new 50, this is the first thing to bolt on — you paid for an adjustable clutch, this is how you use it.
