KTM / Husqvarna / GASGAS 85/105 High Volume Water Pump Kit 2018 - 2024
Nihilo Concepts has been making billet aluminum water pump impellers for the Factory teams for many years. All of the OEM KTM’s and Husqvarna’s come with a two piece plastic impeller which is sufficient in most cases however the extreme demands of a top racers require more durability and performance from their cooling system.
The new Nihilo “Efficient Flow Water Pump Kit” for the KTM / Husqvarna / GASGAS 85 is the answer to cooling issues on the 2018 - 2022. The design of the impeller is different than the OEM design and is designed to move water more efficiently when power fluctuates. The stock design is good for moving water at steady RPM but falls short when RPM’s vary like they do on a Motocross bike. Varying RPM’s can cause a less efficient flow to the cooling system. The Nihilo Billet Water Pump cover has been internally modified to improve flow and consistency. The most important thing about a cooling system is maintaining a consistent steady flow so the radiators can extract heat efficiently. The new Nihilo kit does just that and does it with increased strength and performance.
