It bolts directly onto your bike using the factory hardware, and unlike the stock plastic piece, it's designed to prevent dirt and debris from getting trapped. While the stock cover offers minimal protection, the Nihilo unit is a true case saver. It's also legal for use in the Stock class at all AMA and NMA events, making it a must-have for any serious racer.
