Custom Bike Build: Husqvana Motorcycle TC 65

The Husqvarna TC65 is by far one of the best 65cc mini bikes available on the market today, and Nihilo Concepts always jumps at the opportunity to trick one out. This bike was custom built for Bruno Rosani from Mexico. We have done a few bikes over the years for him and his Dad that also turned out awesome, but this one had a unique look that we just wanted to share. Bruno’s logo is a little day of the dead guy - so we added a few images throughout the build on his side cover and Grip Tape to carry that theme throughout the build. White and Gold were the primary colors, with the balance being black to give it a clean, understated look. The white Carbon skid plate is one of our favorites. It is our Nihilo design but laid up with white carbon to match the rest of the bike. There are a few subtle Gold features on the clamps, head and other small parts, so the bike appears to be white and black, but the use of the Gold gives it a different feel than most bikes you see.

The white ceramic-coated motor was fully modified with cylinder porting and blueprinting. We installed a 12-degree flat top piston, Billet head with custom insert to match the piston, Vortex adjustable ignition, and some secret carb modifications to bring it to life. The bike rips and is very reliable. We always pair our motor mods with the best pipe and silencer combo available from FMF as well as Dunlop tires to handle all the power that the little monster delivers.

Nihilo Titanium Footpegs and brake tip and our newest Billet Throttle housing made stronger than the stock cast unit, and tons of other Nihilo parts rounded out the build.
